How long will production take?

Please see product pages for estimated production time. All items are handmade to order. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur depending on order volume, workload, holidays, postal service issues, or personal circumstances. If there is a specific date you need your order finished by, please contact me via the contact page and I will do my absolute best to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy? 

I want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied, contact me within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all parts present. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please note that custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once an order has been shipped, all responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier (usually USPS). I am not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after initial shipment.
