How long will production take?

Please see each listing for estimated production times. I work a full-time 9-5 day job and I have a husband and 3 cats; I will do my absolute best to finish your order within the estimated timeframe, but I would appreciate your understanding if my current workload prevents me from doing so. If there is a specific date you need your order finished by, please contact me via the contact page and I will do my absolute best to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy? 

I generally do not accept returns. I will do free exchanges with shipping included if there are any issues with your order.

If there is no issue with your order, but you change your mind and decide on another, it must be of equal or lesser value and you will be responsible for shipping costs.
